InstructionsPerform the Online Course and Complete the Demonstration of Knowledge.

What the student needs to demonstrate to show they have an understanding.

Evidence is required. This can be in the form of notes (right side of the form) from the student stating what they have completed or an explanation in their own words or an attachment (ex. completed workbook, job report, analysis etc.)

Demonstration of Knowledge

Get a WHIMIS online login information from the HR / Admin

- Complete the online training and print off the Certificate for your records (A copy of the certificate will be sent to Administration who will sign and keep the Copy on file)

- Locate the SDS for the following oft-used products:

1. Kopr-Kote

2. WD-40

3. Siletech F-200
